This purse was demonstrated to me by my sideline Liz. I have taken a moment to make a template for it since someone requested instructions on how to make it.
You will need a Versamark Ink Pad, Clear Embossing Powder, a Bone Folder(or other pointy implement), an 8 1/2" X 11" piece of dark colored textured cardstock, a 3" X 3 1/2" piece of whisper white cardstock, a 4" X 5" colored piece of cardstock, two wide oval punch pieces from the textured cardstock piece above, a velcro dot, a wide oval punch, a piece of ribbon about 5 pieces long and a rhinestone or brad embellishment.
First, cut the textured card stock according to the template below (4 1/4" X 11 round off edge at 9 1/2" inches). Score at 3 1/2", 5 1/2" and 9". Punch out the two wide oval punches from the left over textured cardstock scrap. Cover the textured side of the cardstock with Versamark using the direct-to-paper technique, then coat the entire piece with clear embossing powder. Using the bone folder, draw wavy lines through the embossing powder in both directions in the desired design to emulate faux allitagor design (press hard), tap off the extra embossing powder and then heat all over with a heat tool to emboss the entire surface. Once that has completely dried/cooled you can take the 4 x 5 piece of colored cardstock and score at 1 1/4" and fold up to make a pocket flap. Fold the oval punches in half and add adhesive to adhere the pocket flap onto the inside of the purse and hold the pocket closed on the sides. Stamp desired sentiment or design on the 3 X 3 1/2 white piece and slip inside the pocket along with a gift card. Place a velcro dot on the inside of the flap and the outside of the purse to hold it closed once folded up. You can poke two small holes on the 9" score line and thread ribbon through to make a strap, knotting the ends to hold it in place. Finally glue on a rhinestone or place a brad on the outside to embellish the purse flap.
