Copic fun! I finally got some Whiff of Joy stamps. I am such a huge fan of Elizabeth Bell. I wish I could draw like that. I did lots and lots of coloring this weekend. This card was inspired by the Pink and Brown color challenge over at Copic Buzz.

Dream Gardens

I am heading to a shoebox swap next weekend and came up with this as my project. I have been dying to use this stamp set since I bought it. i think this one is great to use with the emboss resist technique because it has the design in the negative space of the bold stamp. I stamped my image in versamark ink and covered it with black embossing powder then heat set. Next I sponged over the image with inks to match my designer paper and then framed the image using the negative piece that was left over when i ran my paper through the bigshot using the lattice die. No waste!

I had lots of fun coloring on this card. I used the chisel end of my Y13 copic marker to create a faux mat on the white cardstock.

Little Pixie

More fun coloring with copics. I was actually able to make my button match my designer paper by coloring directly on it using a copic marker. With so many color options it is easy to find ones to match my favorite Stampin' Up! papers.

I'm Finally Back From Vacation

I'm sorry I have been away for so long. I was on vacation from work and back and forth to the doctors and had oral surgery. But I am finally back in the groove of things and here is a card I would like to share. I used my Copic portable Airbrushing System 2 for the first time today. So fun! I like how the Stampin Up Medallion background Stamp sort of looks like coral.
