You don’t need a complex card design to make a special card. Sometimes the paper can do all the work.
For this card I used the Simply Elegant Suite of products from the new Stampin' Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.
The foiled metallic paper is so beautiful, you don't need to add much to make this card pop.
