It's the weekend of the second Sunday of the month again and that means it is time for the Roll The Die Challenge YouTube Live over on Caron Bailey's YouTube channel. Join us for a fun hour of card presentations using this month's prompts from rolling the stampin' dies.
This month's prompts were:
- Embossing
- Embellish
- Regals
- Congrats
- Slimline
I chose to design my card around the Lights Aglow Designer Series Paper. This featured some papers in gold and Cherry Cobbler. I then checked my color coach for other regal colors that would compliment Cherry Cobbler and I decided to use Blackberry Bliss.
I picked out a Flip Flap Slimline fun fold card design the I learned from Connie Stewart to feature all the pretty paper.
I added an embossed layer using the Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder.
I chose to use the Lovely & Lasting Bundle which features a punch and matching stamps with ornate designs for my stamping and main sentiments. I added the Inspired Thoughts stamp set for additional sentiments to use to decorate my card.
I added Red & Green Adhesive Backed Pearls and Gold Satin Edge ribbon as my embellishments.

Card Measurements:
Card Base: 7" x 8 1/2", 3 1/2" x 8 3/8"
Take a piece of Blackberry Bliss that is 11" x 8 1/2" and cut a piece that is 7" x 8 1/2" and score @ 3 1/2". Cut that into three pieces at 2 3/4" x 7". You will have a small sliver of scrap remaining that you can discard. Cut the remaining large panel of cardstock down to 3 1/2" x 8 3/8". Adhere the 3 flaps to the 3 1/2" x 8 3/8" panel with liquid glue as desired. I suggest placing the first panel all the way to the left and then the second panel all the way to the right. You can then place and adhere the remaining panel in the center.
Basic White: (3) 2 1/4" x 3", 1 3/4" x 1 3/4", SCRAP for punch
Cherry Cobbler: (5) 2 1/2" x 3 1/4"
Lights Aglow Designer Series Paper: (3) 2 1/4" x 3", (2) 2 1/2" x 3 1/4", 2 3/4" x 3"
