Happy Mother's Day Card

A fun fold design featuring the Boutique Blossoms Bundle

This week's card was all about mixing new stamps and dies from the upcoming Stampin' Up! May-August 2026 catalog with beautiful Designer Series Paper in a fun vintage color palette.  I think this turned out beautifully. If you have older products including Designer Series Paper sitting in your stash, this is such a great reminder of how easily you can make them feel brand new again.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Layered Floral Fun Fold Design

This card features a layered floral design using the Boutique Blossoms Bundle available for purchase on May 5th, paired with a muted, slightly vintage-inspired color palette. It is the kind of card that looks detailed and dimensional, but is actually quite simple once you break it down.

Fun Fold with Matching DSP Throughout

The focus for this card is a fun fold design featuring matching Designer Series Paper throughout the card. Use a darker tone ink for stamping outline images and sentiments to help them stand out against the patterned paper layers.

Roll The Die Challenge #3 Congrats TriFold Gift Card Holder

 

It’s time for the 3rd installment of the Roll The Die Challenge.  

This time when Caron Bailey rolled the crafty dies, they fell on:

Here is my custom designed fun fold card. I am calling it a Tri-Fold gift card holder.

Measurements:

Starry Sky Cardstock: 5 1/2" x 11" scored @ 7 3/4" and 3 1/2"

Die cut with a border die on the 3 1/2" panel at 1" from the top to the bottom corner

Basic White Cardstock: 4" x 5 1/4" and 3 1/4" x 5 1/4"

Hues of Happiness DSP: 3" x 5"

Tea Boutique DSP: 4" x 4" die cut largest circle 

Starry Sky Cardstock: 4" x 4" die cut largest circle

Gift Card Holder- from the May 2022 Paper Pumpkin- To make your own use the approximate measurements below:

3" x 3 3/8" cardstock or Designer Series Paper

Score on 3 sides: left bottom and right at 3/8"

trace 2 1/2 circle over the left top side of the rectangle 3/8" in from the left side on the back of your Paper/Cardstock and miter the where the 3'8" score meets the circle, the bottom left and right corner and a small snip of the top right corner as pictured below.

Free Workshop Online Tonight- Winter Holiday Cards

Join me tonight online and I will show you how to make some pretty winter themed holiday cards using Stampin’ Up’s Snowflake Splendor Suite. We will make simple and easy to mass produce cards. 

This card is inspired by France Martin. I used the Joy Die and So Many Snowflakes Die Sets to Embellish this card.
