Trying something new...Flank Steak with Chimichurri recipe

Ok- bear with me here folks...trying something new. I saw this receipe for Flank Steak that I am dying to try so I am posting it here to my blog....mostly for my benefit... so I can watch it later and cook ;0)

  1. I tried out this receipe with my mom as the guinea pig over the weekend. The only change I made was I marinated the meat overnight in red wine, soy sauce, garlic and spices because I had no cumin and coriander...they wanted $7 for it at the store and I couldn't justify the purchase for one recipe. For the chimmichuri- I suggest not using 3 cloves of may be enough...and use apple cider vinegar...the white vinegar in this was way too strong.
