This card is inspired by a project by the incomparable Kylie Bertucci. I loved her card with the Seashell embossed image on a black backround so I decided to play around with that concept. I knew I wanted to use the Rainbow Glimmer Paper because that would really pop on black.
I stamped the sand textured stamp in various colors on a the scalloped oval from the Double Oval punch. I added clear epoxy essentials to look like water droplets. I rounded the corners of the card with the detailed trio punch.
Card Measurements:
Basic White Thick Cardstock- 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2"
Basic Black Cardstock- 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"
Basic White Cardstock- scrap for punch
Rainbow Glimmer Paper- 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
