Happy Monday everybody! I hope you all had a good weekend. I had a very relaxing weekend...however I think I have pulled a few underused muscles last night. I decided to start working out and eating healthy...yes again..lol! I am trying not to restrict anything per se...just limit the junk and increase the healthy fruits, nuts, veggies, fish... water. So, I thought in addition to my new healthy meal plan, a great inexpensive cardiovascular excercise would be jumping rope. I figured, hey... I used to jump rope all the time as a kid and jumping up and down definitely counts as excercise. Well apparently it is not as easy as I remember. I have never felt so hot, sweaty, or out of breath in my life! And that was only after 5- 7 minutes. I can't even tell you how many times I got tangled in the rope too! Anyway... I will keep at it and hopefully with some practice I will improve.
Above is a quick card I made last night after the jump rope disaster.
